About Us

Dr. Kerri Krauss, Ph.D., BCBA

Dr. Kerri Krauss, BCBA

Kerri Krauss, PhD, BCBA is the proud Founder and Director of New Horizons Therapy and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 20 years. Dr. Krauss began her career as an animal trainer at Sea World Orlando, learning and applying the principles of operant conditioning. For over 15 years she has worked with individuals with autism and related disabilities in school, home, clinic, and group settings. She received a masters degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her interest in educating staff to effectively implement behavior plans and programs along with increasing productivity within inter-disciplinary teams led her to pursue her doctorate in Business Psychology with an emphasis in Consulting from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has presented at both state and national conferences and has worked as an adjunct professor teaching the next generation of behavior analysts. She is a member of Florida's Association for Behavior Analysis, South Carolina's Association for Behavior Analysis, and Applied Behavior Analysis International. Ms. Krauss is honored to be back in her native state, working with the community she is so passionate about.

Easton Veremis, BCaBA


Easton Veremis, BCaBA grew up in Columbus, Ohio and moved to South Carolina to attend College of Charleston in 2012. Upon graduating with a bachelor of science degree, she began working as an RBT where she discovered her passion for behavior analysis. She continued her education at Florida Institute of Technology and became board certified as a BCaBA in 2019. Easton enjoys problem solving alongside her families and teaching functional skills.

Jamie Stillinger, MAT, BCBA

Senior Consultant

Jamie Stillinger, MAT, BCBA discovered her passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and related disorders at the young age of 16. More than twenty years later, she has finally seen her dreams come true through becoming a BCBA with New Horizons Therapy. Jamie received her BA in Psychology at Columbia College in Columbia, SC. She then went on to receive an MAT in Special Education at the University of South Carolina. After working as an ABA line therapist for 15+ years and as a teacher for 10+ years, Jamie completed the BCBA certification requirements through Florida Institute of Technology.

Catherine Hernandez, BCBA


Catherine Hernandez, BCBA first pursued her passion for working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder as a Surfers Healing volunteer. It was in this role that she recognized her calling and pursued a career in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She values family and caregiver collaboration and works tirelessly to develop goals and treatment strategies that are tailored to suit each client’s individual needs. Her passion and patience is evident through her clients’ progress. Catherine has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Mary Richardson, MS, BCBA


Mary Richardson, MS, BCBA was born in Charleston, SC. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She then received her Masters in Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been working in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2012. She has worked with New Horizons Therapy since 2015. She got her BCaBA in 2016 and became a BCBA in 2018. Mary has experience in areas such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked with children and adults with Autism and similar disabilities in settings such as clinic, home, school, and community. She has worked in Texas, Georgia, and most recently Colorado overseeing ABA services in Colorado Springs.

Nicole Divincenzo


Nicole Divincenzo lived in Deland, Florida before moving to Charleston, SC for college. She graduated the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Psychology. Nicole started working as a line therapist at New Horizons in the spring of 2017 where she found her passion for ABA and working with children with ASD. She decided to continue her education at FIT, and became a BCaBA in 2019. Nicole looks forward to starting her masters degree.
