About Us

Dr. Kerri Krauss, Ph.D., BCBA

Dr. Kerri Krauss, BCBA

Kerri Krauss, PhD, BCBA is the proud Founder and Director of New Horizons Therapy and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 15 years. Dr. Krauss began her career as an animal trainer at Sea World Orlando, learning and applying the principles of operant conditioning. For over 10 years she has worked with individuals with autism and related disabilities in school, home, clinic, and group settings. She received a masters degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her interest in educating staff to effectively implement behavior plans and programs along with increasing productivity within inter-disciplinary teams led her to pursue her doctorate in Business Psychology with an emphasis in Consulting from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has presented at both state and national conferences and has worked as an adjunct professor teaching the next generation of behavior analysts. She is a member of Florida's Association for Behavior Analysis, South Carolina's Association for Behavior Analysis, and Applied Behavior Analysis International. Ms. Krauss is honored to be back in her native state, working with the community she is so passionate about.

Cameron Millican, BCaBA


Cameron Millican, BCaBA has worked in education and child development through classroom teaching, supplemental curriculum implementation, early intervention, and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from SUNY Empire State College. She immensely enjoys the dynamic work she has the opportunity to engage in at New Horizons Therapy, helping children and families to realize their potential in all facets of development through programming, leadership, and teaching.

Jamie Stillinger, MAT, BCBA


Jamie Stillinger, MAT, BCBA discovered her passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and related disorders at the young age of 16. More than twenty years later, she has finally seen her dreams come true through becoming a BCBA with New Horizons Therapy. Jamie received her BA in Psychology at Columbia College in Columbia, SC. She then went on to receive an MAT in Special Education at the University of South Carolina. After working as an ABA line therapist for 15+ years and as a teacher for 10+ years, Jamie completed the BCBA certification requirements through Florida Institute of Technology.

Mary Richardson, MS, BCaBA


Mary Richardson, MS, BCaBA is a native of Charleston, SC. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and her Masters in Applied Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Mary has worked with individuals with special needs for over 10 years and specifically in the field of ABA for over 5 years.

Susan White, BCaBA


Susan White, BCaBA has been working with children of all ages since she was 13. After graduating with Bachelor of Science degree from Clarks Summit University, Susan taught fifth and sixth grades for 8 years in Vermont and New Jersey. Upon moving to Charleston, Susan taught kindergarten for 3 years before she decided to do something she had been told to do multiple times - become a behavioral therapist. Susan earned her BCaBA in 2015. She is planning on earning her Masters through Ball State University and becoming a BCBA to better serve her clients.

Emma Fitzpatrick, BCaBA


Emma Fitzpatrick, BCaBA grew up on Long Island, New York. She moved to South Carolina to attend the College of Charleston where she graduated with a B.S. in Sociology. Emma developed a passion for working with children with autism while working at an after school program in Mount Pleasant. She continued her education at the Florida Institute of Technology where she obtained her BCaBA certification. She is looking forward to beginning her masters degree.
